T2120G deep boring and drilling machine adopts double rectangular bed guide rails, with quenching treatment, it has high abrasive resistance. It is equipped with feed rack between the bed guides and protection device outside the guide so that the appearance protection performance is good and it will be oil tight. Feeding and oil feeder adopt servo motor control and gear-gear stripe transmission, and the rigidity is good and it is easy to operate. Feeding AC servo motor output shaft is equipped with German MAYEY torque limiter so that it can guarantee the safety of machine, tool and workpiece. The main motor adopts variable frequency motor, three gears stepless speed regulation and its ability of adaptation will be stronger.

T2120G deep hole boring and drilling machine is a special machine for cylindrical deep hole parts processing. It is used for the boring and drilling process of cylindrical deep hole parts. It uses inside chip removal method ( BTA method ) when drilling, and through the cutting area, oil feeder suppliers oil, then remove the chip to the back chip removal hopper through the drill pipe internal area. The machine can be equipped with high efficiency combination cutting tools which are called scraping combination automatic swell and shrinkage tools to realize the high speed and efficiency oil cylinder machining. The tools can use German WENAROLL products or our homemade products.
